Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Creative Chronicles. Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and require production time before shipment. Current processing times are displayed on the banner at the top of the page.

Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to create your order and does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FexEx or other available carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, Creative Chronicles is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly. While we will do our best to assist, Creative Chronicles cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delivery timelines may vary based on customs processing.
